HAHAHA. Went to Willy's house on Saturday to tungpang his fathers car to Water Venture Changi.We reached at like 5+ but the meeting was at 730 so we makan at Changi Village Food Centre. After eating, we decided to go find out where Old Changi Hospital was. So we walk down the road all the way until Aloha Changi Chalets. Beside it was OCH. Then i was like WTH?! Because i am gonna stay at one of those chalets this December. From the outside, it was already looking quite creepy with a stair case leading to it. It was quite late already so we walk back. On the way back, TeckKoon and MrTan appeared out of nowhere.The meeting was supposed to be at 7.30 but end up, delay util 8pm.After the meeting Willy say he wanted to go OCH with 3 other ppl, Ivan, Clerence and 1 more guy. They were all 18 yrs old. Frm poly, i think.They were also going for the event on Sunday. But end up, Teck Koon also wanted to go because willy convinced him into going. But i didn't want to go. Too scared liao. In the end, i followed them. We went by the back route into OCH from Netheravon road, not by the stairs. And after every busstop, i wanted to wait for them there and not go in. LOLBut in the end, we reached. it was up a hill and we had to walk all the way up. It was very freaky coz if you look at it from the foot of the hill, its totally pitch black. But later i realised that it was only the lights that blinded me and my eyes also slowly adjusted to the darkness. Only one of us had a torch light and it was ivan so he and the other guy(the one which i dunno the name) stood in front. i walked in the middle with Clerence and willy and teckkoon were at the back.When we went in, can see the sign "Tresspassers will be prosecuted" lol.then can see the graffiti all over the walls. We had to cross 2 stone boulders first. But i don't know what they were for. Quite redundant though. We went to the left side first. I saw all kinds of rooms. Toilets, showers etc. I think that building is for administrative purposes back in ww2. There were debries all over the floor and there were 2 wooden doors that were smashed on the floor. When we were walking in the corridor, i could hear knocks below us. EEEEEE soo creepy. Then we walkwalk..... and finally left the building. while walking down the slope, there was this small building (the size of a bed room) with a sofa and a trophy. So weird.. We walked on and finally we reached the foot of the hill. I kena mosquito bites all over my legs and it was super hot in there. after that, we walked a different route back and saw the main building of OCH which i went to earlier in the evening. When we finally reached back at the club, i took a mat and went to sleep.i woke up almost hourly because ivan was snoring throughout the whole night.in the morning, we went to East coast for the event. It was a charity swim and people paid $800 just to swim either 10km or 5km. We were supposed to escort the swimmers throughout the swim in case they get cramps or whatever. Each kayaker was given a swimmer to take care of. My swimmer was Charles, i think.Before the start, he lent me his watch and asked me to help him time his swim. he was in the 5 km swim.When the horn started, all the swimmers took off. I was like looking all over the place for him because all the swimmers looked alike fro their heads. Bu i managed to recognize him from his blue goggles.2 hours later, he reached the finish line. he told me that he was bitten by jellyfishes but i think he was just bitten by plankton because the tide was changing. after every one arrived back, we loaded the lorries with our kayaks and went back. My leg was being scratched then because the kayaks we were carrying were covered in sand. So had quite alot of grazes. Went back to changi and had BBQ!!!! yumyum..Mr Tan dropped us off at kembangan and we took mrt back.WAh. my muscles are aching like siao. Tiring expperince probably because we had to keep stopping for the swimmers.
